1. Some common questions and answers
1.1. MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE - HOW COME?.
This usually happens if you press BACK and reconfirm the order or if you close browser and start again due to timeout errors. Please never CONFIRM order twice, always wait for the CONFIRMATION SCREEN to appear with a THUMBS-UP to say order is successful. You will receive a confirmation email for your order AND a confirmation email if you PAID BY CARD. Always check for these emails before getting in touch.
1.2. I GET A BLANK SCREEN WHILST CHECKING OUT - HOW COME?.
Usually happens if POPUP BLOCKERS are enabled, please ALLOW COOKIES and DISABLE ALL POPUP BLOCKERS
1.3. AFTER CONFIRMING MY ORDER I GET TAKEN BACK TO THE CONFIRMATION SCREEN - HOW COME?.
Usually happens if your CARD DETAILS are incorrect or if the payment has been declined. Please ensure that the card is registered to YOU and the BILLING address is correct.
1.4. MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY CARD BUT I RECEIVED NO ORDER CONFIRMATION OR FOOD WAS NOT DELIVERED - HOW COME?.
This has a likelihood of about 1 IN A MILLION. If money has come off your card its most likely an "AUTHORISATION" and will be credited back automatically in a few days. This is between you and your bank. Unless your card has been fully "CHARGED" we will NOT receive your order and hence the reason your food will not arrive.
1.5. I ORDERED AGES AGO AND NO FOOD ARRIVED - HOW COME?.
Sometimes cutomers close their browsers before order completes and thus think the order has gone through and it hasnt. Please wait for order successful screen. On rare occasions email servers go down which is beyond our control.
